As a premium nutraceutical brand, we prioritize safety. Returns are limited to specific conditions described below for Calfy Plus.

When can you return?

Damaged/Defective product: Broken seal, leaking capsules, physical damage at arrival.
Wrong product shipped: Different variant or incorrect item.
Expired product: Received after expiry date (24 months shelf life).
Non-returnable situations: Change of mind, dislike of taste/smell, opened or used bottles (hygiene & safety reasons). Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Process

Notify us within 7 days of delivery at returns@durpha.com with order number, photos/video of defect/wrong product, batch number. If approved, we will provide return shipping address (Jaipur). Ship within 5 days. Return shipping cost reimbursed only if error was ours. Inspection completed within 3-5 business days of receiving return.

Refunds Timeline

Approved refunds credited to original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial refunds: if product not in original packaging but still eligible (e.g., missing accessories).
If you haven’t received refund after 10 business days, check with bank/card issuer, then contact care@durpha.com.

Exchanges

Only for defective or damaged same product (Calfy Plus). Follow return process. For different product, return for refund and place fresh order.
Govt. Supplies / 3rd Party Orders: Orders under “Govt. Supplies, Railways, CGHS” or bulk 3rd party manufacturing are governed by separate supply agreements and are not eligible for return/refund under this policy.
